Section 13
Preparation and publication of financial statements and report
of Central Bank of Malaysia Act 2009
The Bank shall within three months from the close of its financial year—
(a)
submit to the Minister a copy of the financial statements of the Bank prepared under section 9 and certified by the
Auditor General, and such statements shall then be published in the Gazette; and

(b)
submit to the Minister a report by the Board on the working of the Bank throughout the year and such report shall be published by the Bank.
(2)
The financial statements of the Bank and the report referred to in paragraph (1)(b) shall be laid before the Senate and the House of
Representatives or if the Senate and the House of Representatives are not then sitting, at the sitting of the following meeting of the Senate and the House of Representatives.
