Section 97

The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Bank, from time to time by order published in the Gazette amend any provision in the

First, Second or Third Schedule and upon such publication, such provision as amended, shall come into full force and effect and shall be deemed to be an integral part of this Act as from the date of such publication, or from such later date as may be specified in the order.
