18. Entitlement

A person who has been registered as a Fellow of the
Institute may, so long as he is so registered, describe himself by the words “Fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Chemistry” or their equivalent in any other language, and may use the initials thereof after his name.

“Institute” means the Malaysian Institute of Chemistry established under section 3;
A person who has been registered as a Member of the Institute may, so long as he is so registered, describe himself by the words
member of the Institute
“member” or “member of the Institute” or “registered chemist” means a person who is for the time being registered under this Act as a member of the Institute;
“Member of the Malaysian Institute of Chemistry” or their equivalent in any other language, and may use the initials thereof after his name.
