Certain offences and penalty
(2)
Any person who wilfully obstructs any person in the exercise of any of the powers conferred by this Part or by any subsidiary legislation made under this Part shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable—
(a)
where such person is an individual, to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both; or
(b)
where such person is a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit.
