Section 9
The Minister may, in conjunction with the Ruler or the Yang di-Pertua
Negeri of the State concerned, at any time, by order, prohibit, absolutely or conditionally, or regulate the erection of any structure above a height specified in such order, or the planting of any tree or other high growing vegetation within a controlled area or any part of such area.
