Section 17

Definition of contempt

The following shall be deemed to be an act of contempt within the meaning of section 16—

any act of disrespect or any insult or threat offered to any Commissioner or the Secretary while sitting in Commission;

any act of disrespect or any insult or threat offered to a

Commissioner or the Secretary at any other time and place on account of his proceedings in his capacity as a Commissioner or the Secretary.
