Section 23

Commissioners to have powers of Sessions Court

For the purposes of recovering any costs awarded, or enforcing the payment of any fine ordered or imposed, or giving effect to any warrant of arrest or order of imprisonment, the Commissioners or any of them shall have the powers of a Sessions Court.
