Representation

The State Attorney General, and any person acting under the direction of the State Attorney General may, if requested so to do by the Commissioners, or if in the opinion of the State Attorney General such course is expedient in the public interest, appear and examine witnesses or adduce evidence before the Commissioners, and shall have a right of audience before the Commissioners.
