Director’s duty to circulate members’ statement

Section 324
(1)
Subject to sections 308 and 326, the directors of a public company that is required to circulate a statement under section 323
shall send a copy of the statement to each member of the company who is entitled to receive notice of the meeting—
(a)
in the same manner as the notice of the meeting; and

at the same time as, or as soon as reasonably practicable after, it gives notice of the meeting.
(2)
The company and every officer who contravene this section commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit.
