Section 317
(1)
Notice of a meeting of members of a company shall state—
(a)
the place, date and time of the meeting; and
(b)
the general nature of the business of the meeting.
(2)
Notice of meeting of members may include text of any proposed resolution and other information as the directors deem fit.
