Section 67

The Public Authorities Protection Act 1948 [Act 198] shall apply to any action, suit, prosecution or proceedings against the Commission, the Chairman, any Commission officer, any member, officer, servant or agent of the Commission, the

President, the Secretary or any member, officer, servant or agent of the Competition Appeal Tribunal in respect of any act, neglect or default done or omitted by him or it in such capacity.
