Power to issue guidelines

Section 66
(1)
The Commission may issue and publish such guidelines as may be expedient or necessary for the better carrying out of the provisions of this Act.
(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the Commission may issue—
(a)
guidelines on the economic and legal analysis to be used in determining cases under this Act; and
Competition 49
(b)
guidelines on the principles to be used in determining any penalty or remedy imposed under this Act.
(3)
The Commission may revoke, vary, revise or amend the whole or any part of any guidelines issued under this section.
