This Act shall apply throughout Malaysia.
(4)
This Act shall apply in relation to works made before the commencement of this Act as it applies in relation to works made thereafter.
(3)
This Act shall come into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette, and different dates may be so appointed for different provisions of this Act.
