(a)
in the definition of “audiovisual recording device”, by substituting for the words “motion picture”
the word “film”;
(b)
by deleting the definition of “motion picture”; and
(c)
in the definition of “screening room”, by substituting for the words “a motion picture, including a motion picture theatre” the words “a film”.
