Subparagraph 16a(3)(c)(ii) of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words “, or on behalf of, the body administering an institution assisting persons with a print disability solely for the purpose of the provision, whether by the institution or otherwise, of assistance to persons with a visual, aural, intellectual and print disability”

the words “a person with print disability himself or any other person acting on his behalf including his caregiver, or an authorized entity or a non-profit making body or institution, solely for the purpose of assisting people who are hearing impaired or persons with print disability”.
