Section 17

The principal Act is amended by inserting after section 51a the following section:

“Test purchase 51b.  The Assistant Controller may direct the owner of the copyright or any person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright to make test purchase of any goods as may appear expedient for the purpose of determining whether or not the provisions of this Act are being complied with.”.
