Section 28
Where a credit provider has taken an unfavourable credit action against a customer based on a credit report, the credit provider shall, upon request of the customer, disclose to the customer—
(a)
that the unfavourable credit action was on the basis of the credit report provided by a credit reporting agency;
and
(b)
the identity of the credit reporting agency from which the credit report was obtained that resulted in such unfavourable credit action.
