Section 43

Any licence, authorization permit or authority issued or granted under this Act or under any regulation made thereunder may be issued or granted on such terms and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, or as the officer issuing or granting the same shall

(either generally or in any particular instance) think proper; and in such case, such terms and conditions shall be binding on and observed by the licensee or grantee, as the case may be.
