Section 30

Where a registered dental practitioner operates the practice of dentistry at more places than one he shall furnish to the Registrar the name, address, qualifications and particulars of the certificate of registration and of the current annual practising certificate and such other information as may be prescribed in respect of the dental practitioners at each such place of practice, and if he fails to do so he shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.
