Disciplinary Committee

Section 56
(1)
There shall be a Disciplinary Committee to investigate any complaint or information against a dental therapist or any disciplinary matter that may be inquired into by the Board.
(2)
The Disciplinary Committee shall consist of the following seven members who shall be appointed by the President:
(a)
five dental therapists;
(b)
one dental surgeon; and
(c)
one lay person.
(3)
The Disciplinary Committee shall determine whether or not there shall be an inquiry based on its investigation and shall recommend its findings to the Board.
