Section 123A

(1)

Unless otherwise expressly provided, any approval or consent granted, or any standards, specification, notice, requirement or direction specified or issued under this Act—

(a)

may be either general or specific;

(b)

may be amended or revoked by the Minister or the Bank, as the case may be; or

(c)

shall be issued or communicated in such manner as the

Bank thinks appropriate and shall be valid for all purposes.

(2)

Any approval or consent under subsection (1) may be—

(a)

absolute or conditional; or

(b)

limited so as to expire on a specified date, unless renewed.

(3)

Where power is given to the Minister or the Bank under this Act to make any specification, the Minister or the Bank shall have the power to specify differently for different persons or different classes, categories or descriptions of persons.
