Section 92
(1)
An investigating officer searching a person under paragraph 89(1)(e) may, subject to the provisions of the Criminal
Procedure Code [Act 593], detain such person as may be necessary to have the search carried out, and may remove him in custody to such place as may be necessary to facilitate such search.
(1A)
Any search of a person conducted under this Part shall be in accordance with the provisions in the Criminal Procedure Code.
(2)
No person shall be searched under this Part except by an investigating officer of the same gender and such search shall be carried out with strict regard to decency.
