Existing projects
of Electricity Supply Enactment 2024
The Federal Government shall continue to have executive authority with respect to the projects on electricity and matters relating to it, subsisting immediately before the date of coming into operation of this Enactment, as described in column (1) and at the location as specified in column (2) of the
Fourth Schedule.
(2)
Any deviation of the description of the projects in column (1) of the
Fourth Schedule shall not invalidate or affect the legality of its implementation in so far as the deviation has no substantial effect and is not calculated to mislead.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ENTER AND DO WORK ON LAND ON NON-STATE
