Section 32
(1)
No electrical installation or plant or equipment shall be worked or operated except by or under the control of persons possessing such qualifications and holding such certificates as may be prescribed, and no person not possessing the qualifications or holding a certificate as aforesaid shall be in charge of any installation or shall control the operation of any electrical plant or equipment.
(2)
Any person who contravenes this section commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit, and in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.
