Prohibition of employment of children

Section 98
(1)
No licensee or management shall employ or permit to be employed any person under the age of sixteen years in any service involving management of or attendance on or proximity to live equipment not effectively insulated.
(2)
Any person who contravenes this section commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit.
