59A. Court order
Feedback & supportWhere any person is found guilty of an offence under paragraph 59(1)(b), the court before which such person is found guilty shall order such person to furnish or produce any declaration, return, certificate or other document required by this Act or any regulations or rules thereunder to be furnished or produced.
