Civil proceedings to recover contributions
(2)
Proceedings for the summary recovery as civil debts of contributions may be instituted by any officer authorized in that behalf by special or general directions of the Chairman and any such officer may conduct such proceedings.
NOTE—The Subordinate Courts Rules 1980 [P.U. (A) 328/1980] has since been repealed by the Rules of Courts 2012 [P.U. (A) 205/2012] which comes into operation on 1 August 2012.

In this section the word “contribution” shall be deemed to include any dividend and late payment charges due on any contributions.
