60. General penalty
Feedback & supportAny person who contravenes any provision of this Act or any regulations or rules made thereunder shall be guilty of an offence and if no special penalty is expressly provided in this Act or the regulations or rules made thereunder shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to both.
