Powers of Appellate Board

Section 62
(1)
The Appellate Board shall have all the powers of a Sessions
Court Judge for the purposes of summoning and enforcing the attendance of witnesses, the discovery and production of documents and materials, administering oath and recording evidence.
(2)
All costs incidental to any proceedings before the Appellate
Board is subject to the discretion of the Appellate Board.
(3)
An order of the Appellate Board shall be enforceable as if it was a judgment of a Sessions Court.
