Section 65
(1)
No appeal shall be made to the High Court against an order of the Appellate Board unless it involves a question of law or a mixed question of law and fact.
(2)
The appeal referred to in subsection (1) shall be made within sixty days from the date of the written order is made by the Appellate Board.
