Section 11
(1)
No person shall dispose, or cause or allow to dispose solid waste or sludge into any watercourses, or on any soil or surface of any land outside the pig farm.
(2)
Notwithstanding subrule (1), solid waste or sludge may be disposed on land outside the pig farm with the written permission of the Director.
