(1)
Liquid waste to be discharged into watercourses under a permit issued by the Director, shall not contain substances greater than those specified as the parameters limits shown in the Fourth Schedule.
(2)
The point or points of discharge of liquid waste into watercourses shall be determined by the Director.
(3)
The position and design of the outlet at the point or points of discharge of the liquid waste into watercourses as determined in subrule (2) shall not be altered or changed without the prior written approval of the Director.
(4)
Whenever the concentration of any parameter of liquid waste discharged or to be discharged is mentioned in these Rules, the reference, unless the context otherwise requires, is the concentration as at the point of discharge determined in subrule (2).
