Section 20
Suspension or revocation of permit
(1)
The Director may suspend or revoke any permit issued to the owner of a pig farm if such owner is found to have breached any conditions or restrictions imposed in the permit, or contravened any of the provisions of these Rules, or whose pig farm has caused pollution to any watercourses or water supply sources.
(2)
The Director shall issue a notice to the owner of the pig farm prior to the revocation of the permit under subrule (1).
