Section 56

Penalty for obstructing, etc.

Director or any environmental enforcement officer in the execution of any of the powers under this Enactment commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
