General penalty for breach of Enactment or regulations

of Environment Protection Enactment 2002

(1)

Any person who commits an offence under this Enactment or any of the regulations made under this Enactment where no penalty is expressly provided shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.

(2)

Any person who abets the commission of an offence punishable under this

Enactment or any of the regulations made hereunder shall be punishable as if he had committed the said offence.
