Section 3
(1)
The Director shall charge fees as specified in this Schedule for the processing of proposal for mitigation measures, terms of reference of environmental impact assessment and environmental impact assessment reports under section 16 of the Enactment.
(2)
The Director shall determine and collect fees for the sale of any environmental handbooks, guidelines, and reports published by the Department.
