Section 6

Any payment for the processing of terms of reference of environmental impact assessment or environmental impact assessment report made before the coming into force of this Rules, shall be deemed to be the payment made for the processing of such terms of reference of environmental impact assessment or environmental impact assessment report under this Rules.
