(1)
No proposal for mitigation measures, terms of reference of environmental impact assessment or environmental impact assessment report submitted to the Director for his approval, shall be processed by the Director unless such fees as specified in the
Schedule are fully paid.
(2)
If the proposal for mitigation measures, terms of reference of environmental impact assessment or environmental impact assessment report upon processing, is not approved by the Director, any fresh submission of such proposal, terms of reference or report thereof shall be deemed to be a new submission, and shall not be processed by the Director unless such fees as specified in the Schedule are fully paid.
