Section 11
The Committee may from time to time evaluate the performance of the environmental consultants or experts based on –
(a)
the quality of the environmental impact assessment report submitted to the
Director;
(b)
the timely submission of the report and other requirements to the Director; and
(c)
the compliance with any other conditions as determined by the Committee.
Revocation of registration.
