Section 8
(1)
Upon approval of the application for registration by the Committee and such fees as specified in the Third Schedule have been paid, the Director shall issue a certificate of practice to the applicant in the format as specified in the Second Schedule subject to such modifications, as the case may require.
(2)
Every certificate of practice shall be valid for a period not exceeding two years and may be renewed by the Director upon application for a period not exceeding two years at any one time.
(3)
Upon payment of the fees specified in the Third Schedule, a new certificate of practice shall be issued for every renewal of the certificate of practice.
