Section 4
(1)
Every environmental consultant shall engage relevant experts in the preparation of any environmental impact assessment report to be submitted to the Director for his approval.
(2)
Every expert involved in the preparation of any environmental impact assessment report under subrule (1) shall be an expert registered with the Department and holds a certificate of practice issued by the Director.
