Section 25

Any member, officer or servant of the Board and any member of a committee shall not make use of any information acquired by virtue of his position as a member, officer or servant of the Board or a member of a committee to gain directly or indirectly an improper advantage for himself or for any other person or to cause detriment to the Board.
