Section 29
(1)
Majlis may give to the Board such directions of a general nature, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Order, as to the discharge of the functions and exercise of the powers of the Board and the Board shall give effect to such directions.
(2)
Notwithstanding any subparagraph (1), Majlis shall have power to inspect or direct an inspection to be made on the Board at anytime considered reasonable by the Majlis.
