Indemnity and protection against suit and legal proceedings
No action shall lie or prosecution shall be brought, instituted or maintained against Majlis, the Board, a committee, the members of the Board or a committee, the Chief Executive Officer, the officer and servants of the Board or any person acting under the direction of the Majlis or the
Board in any court for any thing done or omitted to be done under this Order -
(a)
in good faith;
(b)
in the reasonable belief that it was necessary for the purpose intended to be served thereby; or
(c)
for carrying into effect the provisions of this Order.
