Section 19A
(1)
The Chief Inspector shall revoke or terminate a certificate of fitness if he is satisfied that the certificate of fitness has been obtained by way of fraud or misrepresentation.
(2)
Any person who is aggrieved by the decision of the Chief
Inspector under subsection (1) may, within fourteen days from the date of such decision being notified to him, appeal to the Minister by way of writing.
(3)
The decision of the Minister under this subsection shall be final.
