Machinery manufactured or repaired must comply with regulations

Section 18
(1)
No person shall manufacture, repair or instal machinery in such a manner that it does not comply with the provisions of this Act and any regulations made thereunder applicable to such machinery.
(2)
No person shall import any machinery other than transmission machinery which does not comply with any regulations made under this Act applicable to such machinery.
