Section 47A

Subject to the provisions of this Act and any regulations made under this Act, no Inspector or licensed person shall be personally liable for any loss or damage caused by his act or omission in carrying out the duties under this Act or any regulations made under this Act, unless the loss or damage was caused intentionally or through recklessness or negligence on the part of the Inspector or licensed person.
