Section 28A
(1)
The annual general meeting of every Farmers’ Organization shall be held within three months after the close of each Farmers’
Organization’s financial year.
(2)
Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Farmers’ Organization may apply to the Registrar for extension of time to hold the annual general meeting.
