Section 27
(1)
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act the Minister may, by special order in each case and subject to such conditions, if any, as he may impose, exempt any Farmers’ Organization from any of the requirements of this Act as to registration.
(2)
The Minister may, by general or special order, exempt any
Farmers’ Organization from any other provisions of this Act, or may

direct that such provisions shall apply to such Farmers’ Organization with effect from such date or with such modifications as may be specified in the order.
