Jurisdiction of Police Force Commission over seconded members of State service in States of Sabah and Sarawak 146d. Notwithstanding Clause (2) of Article 134, the jurisdiction of the Police Force Commission shall extend to members of the public service of the State of Sabah or Sarawak who are seconded to the police force; and for purposes of the Police Force 138
